Game Overview

In Head Out, the player wakes up in a deserted office with the goal of escaping. However, the exit door is locked, and the key is held inside a guarded security office, where the person in charge will relentlessly hunt you down if you so dare as step foot outside your room.


Design Process

This was my second ever digital game, so I kept it small and created this game as part of the 3D Puzzle Stealth genre

Level Design came first with gray-boxing the three main rooms of the level

Then came the enemy pathfinding and resetting the game, which was the biggest challenge throughout development

The environment design came last with furnishing the main rooms and adding in the ending room
